8TV Ho Chak! - Recipe - Fruity Pistachio Slices 开心果片


Fruity Pistachio Slices

开心果片





Ingredients:
180 gm Condensed milk
125 gm butter (cut in cube)
2 tsp Lemon peel
150 gm biscuit (smashed)
250 gm Dried fruit
55 gm Almond nipped
50 gm Pistachio chopped
65 gm grated coconut
100 gm Dark chocolate
60 gm butter

1) combine butter, condensed milk and lemon peel to melt together
2) add dried fruit, almond, pistachio, grated coconut and biscuit into big bowl. mix well.
3)fold in the (1) into bowl (2) and mix well.
4)grease the pan and baking paper
5)pour mixture into greased pan
6)press hard on mixture
7)mix butter and chocolate to melt together in a bowl set over a basin of gently simmering water.
8)avoid to over cook for chocolate. remain 50°C.
9)pour chocolate into the pan and wipe flat。
10)decorate it by putting some pistachio and almond.
11)put into fridge about 1 hour. Cut into pieces when serve.


材料:
180 公克 炼奶
125 公克 牛油 (切块)
2茶匙 柠檬皮
150 公克 饼干碎
250 公克 杂果干
55 公克 杏仁碎
50 公克 开心果
65 公克 干椰丝
100 公克 黑巧克力
60 公克 牛油


1) 将牛油,炼奶和柠檬皮煮溶。
2) 将杂果,杏仁碎,开心果,干椰丝 和 饼干碎 倒入大碗。 拌匀。
3)将(1)混合物倒入大碗
4)模型抹上一成油,再放一层烘焙纸。以免沾底。
5)将混合物倒入模型。
6)需用力挤压混合物。以免饼干易碎。
7)将牛油和黑巧克力隔水加热
8)黑巧克力切忌不要煮太热。保持温度50°C
9)将巧克力到入模型,然后抹平。
10)加入一些开心果和杏仁碎,作为点缀。
11)冷却大约也一小时即可。最后切片。
