Lotus Leaves Rice (Vegetarian)

Lotus Leave rice

Ingredients:
Rice 香米 500gm, 2 Lotus Leaves 荷叶, Mushroom 香菇 50gm, Veg. Duck Meat 闷斋鸭 300gm, Cheastnut 栗子100gm,ginger 姜 3pieces 片。
Seasonsing 调味料:
Veg. Oyster Sauce 素蚝油 1tbs, Soya Sauce Paste 油膏 1tbs, Black Soya Sauce 黑酱油 1tbs, Sesame Oil 麻油, pepper 胡椒粉, salt 盐,MSG 素味鲜,five fragrance powder 五香粉 各少许。
Method:
Rinse the Lotus leaf until Soft.
用热水把干荷叶烫到软,然后洗干净。
Rinse the rice, add in seasoning (salt, oyster sauce, black soya sauce, sesame oil, five fragrance powder & MSG) and cook with water till cooked.
香米洗净, 加入调味料 (盐,蚝油,黑酱油, 麻油, 五香粉 & 素味鲜) 和水煮熟。冷却后用。
Fry all ingredients (Ginger,mushrooms, chestnut, duck meat), put Oyster sauce, a bit water, salt, pepper, sugar and MSG to deep fry till fragrant.
炒香姜片,香菇,放蚝油, 油膏 和黑酱油, 然后放闷斋鸭和栗子, 加一点水,盐,胡椒粉,素味鲜 和糖。























Wrap 包皮:
Use one leaf add in cooked rice, add in filling and wrap tight. Put in steamer steam for 20 mins.
用一张荷叶放入煮熟的饭, 再放入炒香的馅料包好。放入蒸笼里蒸20分钟即可。蒸久一点,荷叶饭的味道会更香。
