8TV Ho Chak! - Recipe - Poppy Seed Muffin 松糕






Poppy Seed Muffin 松糕


Ingredients A:
110 g Sugar
30 g Butter
30 g Cooking Oil
3 g Salt

Ingredients B :
100g All Purpose Flour
50g Bread Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

Ingredients C:
22g Sorbitol
100g Egg
60g Whipped Cream
35g Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Poppy Seed as you like

Methods :
1. Mix all ingredients A except cooking oil in medium speed.
2. Add cooking oil and beat until fluffy.
3. Mix evenly of ingredients B and add into the batter until crumbly.
4. Add in ingredients C and poppy seed.
5. Scoop the batter into the mould and bake 220®C for 20 mins


配料 A :
幼糖 110g
牛油 30g
食油 30g
盐 3g

配料 B :
中筋面粉 100g
高筋面粉 50g
发粉 1 tsp

配料 C :
Sorbitol 22g
鸡蛋 100g
奶油 60g
牛奶 35g
香草精 1tsp
Poppy Seed 适量


1. 将幼糖, 牛油和盐倒入大碗打发。
2. 加入少许的食油。
3. 加入中筋面粉,高筋面粉和发粉搅拌至粉状。
4. 把sorbitol,鸡蛋,奶油,牛奶和香精加入大碗内搅拌。
5. 加入poppy seed 搅拌均匀。
6. 将混合物加入纸杯至八分满。
7. 放入220C 考箱,烤20分钟即可。
