Muruku 姆露谷







Masala Vadai 香炸印度黄豆饼








Muruku 姆露谷

Ingredients:
150 gm Murukku Flour

1tsp Chilli powder
1tsp Sesame
160 gm coconut milk (add a bit salt)
half beated egg
a little oil

1) mix murukku flour, chilli powder and sesame. mix well.
2) add coconut milk. mix well.
3) add half beated egg. mix well.
4) pour batter into mould.
5) squeeze batter on the wooden spoon.
6) heat the oil. fry it until golden colour.


材料:
150 gm 姆露谷预调粉

1 茶匙 辣椒粉
1 汤匙 之麻
160 gm 椰浆 (加一点盐)
蛋 半粒 (打散)
食油 适量

1)将姆露谷,辣椒粉和之麻到入大碗搅均匀。
2)然后加入椰浆,拌均匀。
3)加入半颗鸡蛋。搅匀。
4)将面糊放进姆露谷模型里
5)将面糊挤在木勺上。先把木勺沾油。
6)等油热,将姆露谷炸到金黄色。



Masala Vadai 香炸印度黄豆饼
Ingredients:
1 large chopped onion
3 Red Chillies chopped
5-6 curry leaves/ coriander leaves
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tps cumin Seeds
1tsp salt
4tsp all purpose flour
1 cup soaked and drained channa dal

1)Wash and soak Channa Dal for 2 hrs and drain the water completely.
2)put it into a bowl and grind coarsely
3)Then add chopped onions to it and grind them only for a second or two.
4) Now take cumin,fennel,chillies,curry leaves,salt and flour. Mix everything till its well blended.
5) Make small balls out of the mixture and keep on the palm and pat them to form a circle. Fry them in oil till golden brown on both sides.


材料:
1粒 大洋葱
3 条 红辣椒 (切碎)
咖哩叶 少许 (切碎)
1/2 茶匙 大谷
1/4 茶匙 小谷
1 茶匙 盐
4 茶匙 面粉
1 杯 印度黄豆

1)将印度黄豆浸泡2小时,再蒸。
2)将印度黄豆放入大碗内压烂。
3)将已切碎的洋葱倒入
4)将大谷,小谷, 辣椒丝,咖哩叶 , 盐和面粉加入并搅匀。
5)将面糊搓成圆形,压扁, 油炸。
