Fried Longevity Mee 长寿面

Ingredient: Thick Mee Suan 2 packets, Chinese Mushroom (cut strips), Cha Shao, Parsley, Bean Sprout, Carrot (cut strips)
Seasoning: salt, pepper, MSG, 1/2 tsp Black Soya Sauce

1) Pour hot water into mee suan and stir it up. then soak in cool water and drain. leave aside.
2) Fry mushroom, carrot and add water, seasoning. Add mee suan, cha shao, bean sprout, parsley and mix well.


材料:面线2 包,香菇,叉烧,芹菜,豆芽,红罗卜(切丝)
调味:盐, 胡椒粉, 素味鲜, 黑酱油 半茶匙。

作法:
1)用滚热的水淋在盘中面线,搅拌均匀,浸泡在冷水一下,然后把水到掉。备用。
2) 炒香菇和胡罗卜,加入蚝油和水份少许,续加调味,面线, 叉烧,豆芽和芹菜
