Yam 算盘子

Ingredients:
Yam 芋头 1kg (Steam & smash 蒸揉烂), Topioca 茨粉 300gm,
Carrot 红萝卜, Chinese Mushroom 香菇, celery 香菜,
vege long strip 长丝片 (素肉), ginger 姜 2 pieces

Seasoning: salt 盐, MSG 素味鲜, sugar 糖,
Pepper 胡椒粉 and Oyters Sauce 蚝油,sesame oil 麻油

Method:
1. Yam and topioca salt mix into dough, divide into small ball.
芋头蒸熟揉成稀烂,加入茨粉做成面团。
2. Cook it in boiling water. When the ball float, dish up and put it in cold water.
分成小粒,水沸放入煮熟,备用。
3. Heat oil fry Chinese mushroom, carrot, mock duck, celery till fragant add yam and seasoning.
油热炒姜片,香菇和长丝片。
然后放香菜,罗卜, 加一点水, 盐,素味精, 麻油,胡椒粉,和蚝油。
把全部材料煮炒到软,然后放入no 2。
